F- Soup and sandwiches

S-Eat Out

S- Egg rolls and noodles

M- leftovers

T- Chicken Broccoli casserole with rice

W- Homemade Brunswick Stew and biscuits

***sweet potato bread

***no bake cookies

< I got a part time job and have made the next two weeks extra super easy and not as nutritious as usual >

October 13th

M- Chili and chips

T- Crock pot chicken provencal, roasted taters and greens

W-  Spaghetti and Meatballs & salad

R- LEFTOVERS

F- Pierogies with onions and sourcrean, steamed broccoli

S- Homemade Pizza

S- BBQ pork chops, roasted aspargus and rosemary potatoes

M- Fishcakes, peas and Garlicky White Northern Beans

T- Sausage Rolls with marinara and salad

W- Potato Soup, snowpeas and rustic bread with olive oil 

*** I also made Sweet Potato Flaxseed Bread, No-Bake Cookies & granolas and Ranch dip for carrots and pretzles to go with lunches.

Week of April 17th

Monday:  Turkey tacos and spicy cabbage (we're low on groceries)

Tuesday: Penne pasta with marinara and homemade meatballs. Green salad.

Wednesday: Pollo Scarpariello w/ polenta and baked asparagus

Thursday: Beans Burritos and a cucumber salad

Friday: Homemade pizza: a family tradition

SaturdayFish cakes, cous cous, broccoli in spicy peanut sauce

Sunday: Turkey burgers and homemade fries with fresh green beans in lemon and butter

week of March 19th

So the spring equinox is tomorrow and we are definitely trying to get out of a food rut.......look fir some menu changes soon :)

S. Homemade pizza with ham, pepperoni, onions, garlic, and mozzerella

S. Big Salad (cheese cubes, pumpkin and sunflower seed, croutons, red peppers, cherry tomamtoes, baby lettuces and herbs and a ham and cheese quiche

M. Rosemary roasted chicken, cous cous with herbs, peas

T. Turkey Burgers and fries (Chris makes this dinner while I'm at the gym)

W. Roasted venison, mashed potatoes, broccoli

R. Spaghetti and meatballs w/ garlic bread (another gym dinner)

F. Penne w/ aspargus and roasted red peppers and
